Removing Hevacomp User Log on

Overview

Upon starting Hevacomp, the following Log on screen appears:

These user names can be deleted by editing a data file within the Hevacomp Projects folder.

Method

Firstly, ensure that Hevacomp is closed. Then, using Windows Explorer, navigate to the Hevacomp Projects folder (usually located at C:\Hevacomp Projects).

There you should find a file named HEVUSERS.

By opening this file in Notepad, any defunct user name can be deleted by simply deleting the relevant line of text and saving.

For example, to remove the above user, delete the text as per below image, and then select File > Save.
