Method

Building Types are determined by the room types available in SBEM, as specified by the NCM database. Design Database contains its own list of room types. Should a Design Database room type not be available in SBEM, then the most relevant room type will be selected - this may fall under an alternate Building or room type

for e.g.: Emergency Services>Workshop would be mapped to B1 Offices and Workshop businesses
