&lt;p&gt;In Netsys Gas Pipe Sizing there is an option to modify the surrounding temperature. Changing the figure does not affect the results.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify;"&gt;While very important in the other Netsys modules, the surrounding temperature is irrelevant to the methods used in the Gas pipe sizing program. This should be removed in later versions to avoid any confusion that may arise.&lt;/p&gt;
