EPCGEN Error, no compliance report and blank results

Overview

Under very unusual circumstances, the Compliance Report and Energy report will not being produced, the building rating will show as zero's

and the following error will occur
Method

This issue can be caused by existing PDF reports in your project folder being hidden.

Navigate into your project folder, and turn on Hidden Items

Sort the folder by "Type" to group all the PDF documents together. If the files appear to have dim coloured icons, this would indicate that they have been set to hidden and this is stopping the project from calculating.

To make the files fully visible, group select them, right click the group selection and select properties

Ensure that the Hidden option is unticked and then press OK.
