Hot Water Usage is reported as zero upon running the Design Database Energy calculation.
The Hot water usage calculation is dependent on litres used per person per day, so a result of zero usually means that the room is unoccupied.
Please go to room data for the relevant room(s) and ensure the occupancy is not set to zero.
Alternatively Global Change can be used to edit this setting for multiple rooms.
