The following warning message appears when running a new installation of the software
This is usually caused by a lack of user permissions during the installation process, and can manifest itself in two ways. If the methods described below do not resolve the issue, please contact technical support either through the Forum or by generating a service ticket through the Connection Center.
Navigate into the Hevacomp installation folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Hevacomp V8i\Hevacomp
and locate HEVBANNER.EXE
Right-click on HEVBANNER.EXE and select properties. Now click on the Details tab.
If you see a file version of 184.108.40.206, then this indicates that the installation has not completed correctly, as the HEVBANNER program has not been updated.
