Overview

When producing reports in Design Database, Netsys, Connect and Nimbus, the report head displays "Not Initialised" instead of the company name. This will usually manifest on new installations of the software and can be modified as follows:

Method

Start the software as normal and log into your account:

From the top right corner, (1) - click on the 'cog' icon to see the configuration menu, (2) - Select the configuration option.

Select the "Customer details" tab (1) and enter your company details. These will be displayed on subsequent reports.

PartL reports will not display this information
