Overview

This document provides guidance on how to enter Automatic Opening Vents (AOV's) Hevacomp Simulator.

Method

Firstly ensure you have chosen the Multi-zone air flow option, within the Simulator > Design Data > Model menu:

This will then include any Flowpaths set in your rooms.

To create the AOV Flowpath:

• go to CAD Input
• select Rooms>Flowpath Data
• select the relevant room
• Select Add Flowpath
• Choose Roof wind ventilator as below. The settings for this will include controlled opening options.
