How is VALUEOFTIME applied for PT trips that use multiple PT modes (assuming that different PT modes have different VALUEOFTIME values). Does the PT program calculate a weighted value of time for a trip based on the time spent on each mode for that trip?

VALUEOFTIME is the value of time, in monetary units per hour, converting monetary fares into generalized time and should only be coded if using fares. The value is mode specific, therefore it is used to convert fares into generalized time for each specific mode for each transit leg.
