Thank you Vipul for the response. I am trying to edit the AKR20e.net file. I can open the file by clicking multiple times on the pops up warning message but am not sure that I would be able to edit/update the network.

Can you check something for me? Open File Explorer > go to the directory where the AKR20e.net file is at and do the following:
1. Right-click that file > go to Properties
2. On the bottom should say "Attributes" > is the box for "Read-only" checked? If so, then please uncheck that box and try opening and editing the NET file in CUBE.
It's not checked. The Model is saved in a shared directory, my coworker can open it without having that message popping up.
When you open the file, is it open on your co-worker's machine at the same time? If it's in a shared directory, then you cannot have two instances of the same file in the same directory open.
