In the LINKMERGE PHASE, the script achieves this by using the COMPARE statement, which is used to compare the link records of the two networks. The MERGE RECORD option has to be set to true so that the two sets of records are merged. The script also shows how to use the temporary variable _COMPARE to flag the links in the merged network.
