Nanjappa,
Have you tried to use the labeling command in the map manager?
Try creating a new map model in map manager and labeling with the attributes of your choice. You can then write the labels out as annotation and edit them if necessary.

Robert, Thanks for the suggestion. I tried what you had suggested and i am able to map the texts, but each attribute need to label individually and annotate. and also the text i need to get all in zero degree. that one not happening. can u please help on this how to annotate multiple attributes at a time and want them to be in zero degree.
Regards,
Nanjappa
You can control the text using the labeling settings. Here is a screenshot of mine. Pay attention to the areas I circled:
Orientation and Text Angle are the 2 settings you want to pay attention to for the text to appear at zero degrees.
Bentley Map also offers a lot of flexibility labeling. You can see I just typed both attributes into the text string box separated by a space to have them both appear in my map. If I insert \n in between the attributes, they will now appear on separate lines:
More information is available in the Bentley Map Help file. It may be a little difficult to locate this section, search for "Labeling Dialog" and then expand the "Labeling" node.
