An issue in comms...

Hi Dan, this is Darin from PCS Fiber.

 

I seem to be having an issue with comms. I have what appears to be an orphan, but I’m unable to get rid of it. Below is a screenshot:

The computer name part of the Workspace column refers to Brian Connelly’s computer, but he’s not currently in Comms. I asked him to restart his machine to kill any active processes that may be connected, but that didn’t help. Every time I try to remove this orphan, I get the following error:

 

I noticed the following in the description:

There doesn’t seem to be any user named FDOTHost that I can find in SQL Developer. I don’t know if this is the root of the problem or not, but it certainly seems worth mentioning.

 

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
