Upon entering the Bentley Fiber, I have this response, which prevents me from using the product. Can you help me. Thank you.

Are you able to tnsping the database? Is the Oracle service running on the server? Make sure the shared workspace is mapped to the client and that the database is running.

Dan, thanks for answering. We currently have other users who can connect normally. I have this problem on my laptop. Previously I connected from another laptop and they changed it in my work. Do you have an idea what it can be?
