When trying to open a workspace created in expert designer, the following error is generated.

That exception error could be caused by a number of different issues--this is a generic error message that doesn't give us much information.
I would need to know what version of expert designer and BentleyComms you are using and would probably need to do a remote session to look at the problem. Is this only happening with one user or are multiple users having the problem? Please email me at dan.gordon@bentley.com and we can schedule a time to let me look at the issue with you.

These are the versions:Expert Designer: 08.11.09.858Bentley Comms: 08.11.09.870
The problem was affected by only two users and is not permanent. It's only sometimes. It is difficult to replicate the case in a remote session if this is very necessary Thanks
