Optical circuit problem

Question

Hi dan,

We are having trouble trying to edit fibers from Data Capture/OS circuit Mgr/Optical system manager.
When wanting to enter it does not respond but for other circuits it can be done.
 
Could it be a character problem?

Hi Miguel-- 
 There is a 30 character limit on the OS names in V8i--the OS names displayed in your screencap do not appear to exceed that limit. Are you sure that the OS Names that will not load are completely queried in the file? The entire optical system must be completely queried in before attempting to modify the fibers. Please check that and let me know if that was the issue.
