CONNECTION Client doesn't support Synchro PRO

I'm working in Bentley Partner company. When install Synchro PRO over download from CONNECTION Client, message about expired license appeared. Other Bentley products, f.e. AutoPIPE loaded and setup successfully.
Any suggestion please?.

  • A  few days later after the new release of CONNECTION Client was upgraded by Bentley Developers, this issue appeared again. On another PC it works fine. The service ticket was re-opened; it is not resolved till now.

  • Now the issue with the CONNECTION Client seems resolved. I'll describe the summary for the fellow SYNCHRO colleagues:

    • We found after CC Release in June, that in a short time the fault message appeared again.
    • I found that Trace/Log files retain in C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Local\Bentley, and NOT erased after CC update or re-installation.
    • After may (manual) delete these files, and release CONNECTION Client 28/10/2021, the problem not appeared anymore.
