A user has the Bentley connection client and Synchro Open Viewer installed. I have found that the Bentley Connection Client does not work using a VPN over our proxy, but I believe this is a network related issue our side.
I am now struggling to get Synchro to open at all even without using a VPN or Proxy. The Bentley connection client is now opening as normal (which is needed for Synchro to open to my understanding) but then there is an error that comes up when you double click on Synchro: 'The license was not activated. The program will now close. Cannot start license for product'. I have just updated Bentley Connection Client to the latest version (10.0.18.22 64 bit) and the version of Sychro Open Viewer that is being used is 6.1.1.1
Could you please assist with this? This is now getting fairly urgent as the user needs to open model files for a project.
