Donde se instala el complemento?

I managed to export the spx using the plugin but synchro is still not reading the 3D geometry. I've raised a support ticket and shared the file with synchrosupport@bentley.com,

If you open SYNCHRO Pro and press F1, you will be able to access the Help documentation. You can search for the keyword MicroStation CONNECT.

So far I'm still being unsuccessful. I've tried the dgn and i.dgn

I've installed the Synchro plugin 060101 to match the synchro version I'm current using, however I can't find it in the applications, do you know where can I find a tutorial how to use this plugin?

Hello Rafael -

Thanks for posting in Communities. The SYNCHRO Pro Plugin for MicroStation does have a version number and is released with SYNCHRO Pro, typically twice per year. You will require the same version for Plugin and SYNCHRO Pro.

Regarding the MicroStation version this plugin supports, it is the MicroStation CONNECT Edition.

There are many methods that we support the models created Bentley model authoring tools to be brought into SYNCHRO Pro 2019.2 (6.2.1.3):

- File> 3D in Pro, direct import of .dgn, i.dgn and .bim

- Publish i-model from AECOSim, open it in MicroStation then use the SYNCHRO Pro Plugin for MicroStation

- Import/Export from iModels, as our first step integration with iModel Hub, is also introduced as a Beta feature in this release

- Sometimes as a workaround, you can consider export dwg then import that into SYNCHRO Pro

Using one of the above methods should provide you an option to bring the models into Pro.

Hello Rafael,

IF you use AECoSim or Microstation, try to export to i.model before importing into Synchro. For my experience, you can have more information with i.model than an DGN.

Nervertheless, i don't think that there is relation with no geometry problem. Did you check the case " Load 3D objects into memory"?

By the way, at the time I was trying to download the Microstation plugin noticed that this plugin delivery is currently confuse as.

Whilst the old website seems to only provide one obsolete plugin version, the new https://softwaredownloads.bentley.com/en doesn't provide any information whatsoever about which version of synchro or microstation the plugins refer to.
