Do you know why whenever I import or synchronize new models, everything that has been imported is automatically included to the active 3D filters? Is this a setting I can change somewhere?

I think it's by default for the 3D filter by 3D selection! When you import new models in an actif set of filtered 3D objects by selection, Synchro understand that you want to add these new objects into the filter. It should be in the roadmap of Synchro.

Yeah sounds like it's the case. Do you avoid filtering 3D objects by selection usually or just deal with it every time you add new models?
You can uncheck the case "3D" in the filter parameter before synchronising or importing 3D models. Once the new 3D models imported or synchronised, you can re-check this case to recall your filter. Tricky one, right?
