I am having issues connecting my P6 database with Synchro and am unsure why I am having these issues. I haven't had this issue before, its always been seamless. I have 2018 Primavera and 2019 Synchro. Please advice.

I suppose that you have a local database of Primavera. You need to check if the path of API Primavera 2018 is configured in Synchro. Sometimes you need to reinstall API Primavera.
