Dear Synchro Users
I am Abdul Shaheed working in a maritime city project. we have around 300 buildings.
I have an issue with few project facilities (not all) . I cannot figure out it.
1: I exported from Revit to synchro with shared coordinated checked. (architectural model), then I exported Structural model.
2: I imported both .spx file , but it is not coming on same location. i.e., it seems like having different coordinate location.
3: but I combined architectural and structural in one Revit file, and then I exported separately by isolating one discipline.
4: this two files works properly.
5: but we cant combined 100s of models like this in Revit. each team member exports his work to synchro, then this issue happens.
could anyone help me to figure out this issue? please find the snapshot

From the screenshot this looks like an older version of revit plugin. Can you confirm that you are using the latest SYNCHRO Pro and its revit plugin? This should not be an issue in the latest version.
As an alternative, you can probably export to dwfx then in Pro go to File> Import> 3D to import the dwfx.
Yes I use latest plug in. I know it is some settings issue or other elements corruption in Revit. Because some files works well.
