Dear Bentley team,
We have bought some Synchro Pro licenses, but we are not be allowed to use that Synchro Pro API to deal with some repetitive tasks.
In our project cause sone security issue we can not use that Cloud service and we are confusing why Bentley does not put Synchro Pro API along with Synchro pro license.

Please reach out to us directly by either emailing synchrosupport@bentley.com or raising a Service Request with details of your organization, and version of SYNCHRO Pro that you are using, etc. If there are specific on prem requirements, please let us know as well. We'd be happy to hear your use case and how you previously used it if you used it in the past.
