Hi,

Form the snapshot, looks like the SP file is created from newer SYNCHRO build.

To open that SP file you need to use same build or newer.

Please install the latest (6.04.02.01 build), that you can get the installer from here.

Download SYNCHRO Freeware (virtuosity.com)
