Showing Delayed Activities in Actual Date

Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

I want to show the activities that were meant to be started according to baseline but haven't actually started  to be visible in actual date 3d view by some color let's say red. This will give an idea that particular activity should have been started according to baseline but we are lagging in it by showing it red.

    Hi Hamza, 

    To achieve the results you looking for, please do the following - 

    1. Expose the column Variance BL Start, which will tell you if the Task is behind or ahead of the BL schedule - 


    2. Set a Conditional Formatting to highlight late Tasks as Red - 



    3. Set 3D View Color Mode as Task Table Column, using the column Variance BL Start -
