My Synchro Pro Crash

Hello,

I would like to share with you the printsreen of the Synchro Pro just before it is crash my PC.

Here my stepts:

1. Create Empty File

2. Trying to rotate the bottom-left 3D cube, in the 3D windows,

3. Second Later, it os look the the cube lose the rendering

4. Then the PC Crash afterward.

Note: This happen with or without loading any 3D information but the software working normally when the 3D window is not activated

Find in attachment the printscreen and Register.

Looking forward for any Help.

Hi Manda,

Please try uninstalling SYNCHRO Pro and delete all registry keys found here -
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Synchro

Also, make sure you are using DirectX11 driver, which can be set while reinstallation or under Options > 3D View > Advanced > Driver.

Without uninstalling, it is look like it is working. I will keep observing and let you know.
