Hi Manda,
Please try uninstalling SYNCHRO Pro and delete all registry keys found here -Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Synchro
Also, make sure you are using DirectX11 driver, which can be set while reinstallation or under Options > 3D View > Advanced > Driver.
