Demolition of a building - is it possible to show in synchro

Question

I have a building project where I want to demolish one building and then build another in its footprint 
 Is it possible to show the demolition the existing building in Synchro? What are the commands? 
 How do I set this up in 3D (I use Revit) 
 Do I do it in phases and then Synchro knows?

SYNCHRO Plugin only exports what's visible in the current 3D View. To have better control over different phases of construction, you can create phase-specific 3D Views in Revit and export multiple SPXs from them. This will create a nice tree-hierarchy in 4D Pro. 
 Alternatively, simply expose all phases in Revit 3D View and export a singular SPX, but use User Fields to filter out Phase Construction in 4D Pro directly.
