Synchro Control vs Lumenrt (HUB) Video Clip Simulation

Good morning, when loading the Synchro model and opening it in LUMENRT PRO through the HUB, the Simulation CLIP does not go up

Hi Ivan,

If you add me to the Control project, I can test it out on my end - arpit.prakash@bentley.com

Ivan,

It seems you were working on a Trial Project, which does not provide any 4D functionality. This is why the simulation clip is not available in LumenRT.

I have worked for 1 year in this way generating the hub every month and loading the models to work in LUMENRT but I have never had a problem
