problem in saving in new version

when i upgrade the software yesterday it work perfectly, but when i saved or save as , the software is not responding

    Try doing the following - 

    • Delete the contents of %TEMP% folder located at the following file  path: C:\Users\<user.name>\AppData\Local\Temp
    • Delete the SYNCHRO folder in your registry.
      • Do a Windows search for regedit and select Registry Editor
      • In Registry Editor, select HKEY_CURRENT_USER"/ "Software"/ 
      • Scroll down to Synchro folder and delete
    • Reinstall SYNCHRO 4D Pro v.6.5.
