Synchro Control Extremely slow

Hi Wagner, 

Are you only having issues with a Connected Control project or does this happen with a locally saved file as well?

If it is, deleting the following folder has been proven to resolve a lot of issues with performance -
C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\synchrohub

Also, you can request SYNCHRO Support to provide a list of URLs that should be whitelisted by your IT.

We've already tried it. This solution is always our first attempt, unfortunately this time it didn't work. Thanks!

Here’s the solution for Control project performance:

 If real-time protection is enabled in Microsoft Windows Defender, MSMpEng.exe takes much CPU usage. MsMpEng.exe is an important part of Windows Security, formerly known as Windows Defender.

Temporarily disable the Real-time protection of Windows Defender and see if this impacts this issue?

If disabling it eliminates the issue, follow the  links for Windows Defender customization that may help.

 Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions.
