Hello
Unfortunately the support has not responded to my inquiry for a month. So I try it here.I have created a video of a large infrastructure project. There are columns which are totally distorted in the vidoe export. Handkerum other curves are perfectly round. The model was imported as IFC 2x3.Does anyone have any idea how I can export the video in good quality? In the export settings I have already tried all variants, the quality of the round element remains poor.
Manuel,
We can provide further suggestions upon reviewing your SP file. Can you please continue your conversation with support CS0005138?
Thanks!

hi Manuel,
Can try change the compression to AVI Video? And folow below setting.
Also try to set the Anti Aliasing to 8. hope it will get smooth output.
Let me know if there is improvement.
regards,
Indrawan
Hi
Thanks for your answer.
I do not have the same AVI compression like you:
And also the AntiGlasing is different, it is not active the x8 to choose in my window:
Why is this different to your setting options? Synchro should in my point of view behave for every user in the same maner.
Anyway, I tried to export the .avi instead of an .mp4.
The .AVI file is 1.5 GB (!) in storage and only shows a white screen:
Do you have another idea how to get the video exported?
Greetings
As you can not change the AVI. Just try use the MP4, but make the Video rate from 2000 to 8000?
And for Anti Aliasing. Try this one: Try the Open GL, but pul the Anti Aliasing to 8x.
For AVI Codec, is come from SYNCHRO Installation, in last step of Installation you will find the Install Codec step.
I am guessing may you skip that part when you install SYNCHRO.
Regards,
I tried:
It is getting a little bit better. But the edges are still blurried:
Compared to what I see on synchro:
So I increased the quality further:
Which makes a 5sec video up to 20MB, but now it is getting better:
Hi Manuel,
I see your snapshot, hope it is good enough?
