Resourses from Task List

Hi,

I have a question regarding Resourses.

Can we create resourses from task list because I am using Synchro Scheduler. In Synchro 4D Pro we can create resourses from 3d model. Same tree formmat we can create in resourses tab when we use synchro Pro 4D.

But in case of Synchro Scheduler I am not able to find any option to create resourses from schedule.

Hi Ankiket,

The best way of creating Resources in bulk would be through Excel -

Expose the Task properties you want to use as a column

Copy all Rows and paste them into Excel

Copy just one column from Excel

In the Resource window, right-click > paste as text

It will be very hard to replicate the same tree structure as Tasks though, which in most cases is not really required. But if you did, your best bet would be to simply move around the Resources using drag-drop to create the tree.
