Is there a way to automatically divide the imported dwfx model into levels, similar to IFC import. I am facing an issue that whenever I select a column in ground floor for example, it selects all columns above it because it considers them as one element.

There's no way of automatically slicing columns within SYNCHRO 4D Pro. You will either have to use the Subdivision tool, or use SYNCHRO Modeler to do so.
