Synchro 4D Pro crashing wont open

hi!

I had trouble opening Synchro 4D Pro software version 6.5.1.5.

It was working normally, and after the update of Connection Client, it can’t open.

now, it is always crashing, and can't open at all.

I had tried to uninstall and reinstall the software but it didn’t work.

even, I try to install from the installation file but it won't open at all too.
