You can open Task Usage Spreadsheet window from under Reports, that gives you any Task related data distributed over time. Herein you can right-click on the timescale and select the required Cost Fields. This spreadsheet can be then be exported to Excel by right-clicking again and used to populate an S-Curve graph.
