We've reworked SYNCHRO Perform's share structure. Previously a Company would need to be designated as a Subcontractor or a Client before they were able to have entities shared with them. This is no longer the case and all Companies are now available for sharing.
Owners have changed from being Users to being People. For most users there will be no action required. For users of the API, unique identifiers have changed. If you are using Owner functionality via the API, please ensure your API clients are updated accordingly as per our documentation.
In the coming weeks we will be removing Tasks (for Activities and Events) as a feature in SYNCHRO Perform. This represents one of many changes as part of Perform's ongoing integration within the SYNCHRO portfolio and Bentley Systems. Please reach out if there are any questions or concerns.
Phase code and Phase subcode on Events default to the value on the associated Activity at the time of Event creation. Any updates to these fields on the associated Activity will not update existing Events. This behaviour matches the existing Work Category field.

Over the past few months, we have been progressively rebranding our company and software from “Envision” and “Ennova” to our new name: “E7”. As a part of this rebranding, our “Envision Forms” app on iOS, Android, and Windows will now be known as “E7”.
For those using the E7 Windows app, you may notice the “Envision” desktop shortcut no longer opens after the latest update. This can be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the Windows app.
