Area Break Down View

This module opens the front-stage view that has additional tools for creating Work areas. This can be done using Alignments or Graphic. The following rules are considered –

• Currently, there is no control for the z-axis and the Work area tools will consider all elements visible within its 2D boundary.
• Hidden element(s) are not associated while creating the Work area.
• Any elements that are crossing the Work Area boundary will be sliced.
• One element cannot be part of multiple Work areas.

The Work areas are saved in the local cache and need to be synced to the cloud by clicking on the cloud  icon.  After sync, sliced elements from SYNCHRO Modeler are visible in SYNCHRO 4D Pro, as a child element of the original parent hierarchy.

Currently, only the Work area boundary is visible in SYNCHRO 4D Pro under Construction Data tree. No Work area property is exposed for associated elements.
