Scenario: When working on a SYNCHRO Project, the application may have crashed unexpectedly any version of SYNCHRO 4D PRO.

From the crash report received by a Bentley Support Agent, Bentley can see that the most probable cause is that the user installed MSVS 2015-2022 redistributable (version 14.34.31931) update by Microsoft.  Microsoft has confirmed that many products have been impacted by this issue, and you can track the status of this issue here: Legacy applications may crash with the latest vc_redist 14.34.31931.0 - Visual Studio Feedback 

Solution: Microsoft has released a production fix for this. Click here to read up on the issue and download any necessary files to resolve the issue.
