Unable to install Synchro 4D PRO

Problem description:

When I launch the installer it briefly shows a pop-up window and then closes it automatically.

Solution:

1. Uninstall all versions of SYNCHRO.
2. Clean the registry using 3rd party tools like CCleaner - https://www.ccleaner.com/
3. First, download the new installer from the software download.
4. Install Synchro 4D Pro
5. If the above steps do not work, please try downloading our cleanup tool.
   SynchroInstallerHelper.exe
   It will prompt you for which application you are having trouble installing. Enter 2 for Synchro Pro.

6. Once you have completed the clean-up tool process, try reinstalling SYNCHRO 4D PRO
