Out of the box inspections workflow

When configuring a project, users will now get the option to add a standard inspection form work flow.

This workflow is recommended for new projects only. If an existing project has a custom workflow defined for the inspections, they will be overwritten.  The following dialog will display detailing the workflow to be implemented.

Inspections now appear under the Create Button

The option to create a new inspection is now available under the Create button on the left hand panel. Note:  This option is only displayed when inspection have been configured for the project through the Administration > Inspections Configuration page.

If inspections have not been configured for the project, the Create > Inspections option will be available.
