Edit Inspection Workflows using the Forms Manager

With Inspection forms now being added to the Forms Manager, a user now has the opportunity to Create/Edit/Assign workflows to Inspection forms on an Inspection Type (Category) basis, meaning each Category can have its own workflow. Previously Inspections were grouped into a single form type which could only have one workflow assigned.

Note:  Users have the option to assign a default workflow to each defined Category during the Inspection Configuration process.  Click Here for configuration details.

In the Forms Manager, the Category column lists the different Inspection Types available from the Inspections Configuration file which is imported as shown below.

Note:  Refer to the Form Manager section for details on its options and capabilities.

For each Category, a different Workflow can be assigned.  If you click on a form, the Form Editor is displayed allowing you to make changes.  Click on the Set Workflow step to see the current workflow assigned.

Shown below is a sample of the Inspections Standard Workflow which can be assigned to the Inspection Types in the configuration file.  For details refer to the Inspections Data Population and Import section.
