Why can’t I register projects?
Why am I seeing this message?
This message is shown to users that either have invalid or expired entitlements for SYNCHRO Control or Field. This could be caused by you needing to purchase a license or update the entitlements on your Bentley account.
How can I fix this?
- If you are an end user, you need to contact an administrator for your organization. SYNCHRO support is unable to assign this.
- If you do not know your administrators, you can visit the Profile Page. In the last section "Account Administrators" you will see the list of account administrators.
- If you are an administrator for your organization or an independent user.
- If you have appropriate entitlements: Visit the Application Portfolio page in your account’s Entitlement Management portal and verify that the relevant users are granted access to SYNCHRO Control and Field. If you need help navigating through the Entitlement Management portal, please read the Application Entitlement help article on Bentley Communities.
- If you do not have the appropriate entitlements, please contact your account manager to add them or purchase a license from Virtuosity.
- If the entitlements look correct, please access the project where the error occurred in SYNCHRO Control and verify that the Billing country is listed as a country that matches the country in the Application Portfolio.
- If you only access SYNCHRO Control and Field through projects in which you have been invited by other organizations, please contact the person that gave you access.
Please note that updating application entitlements may take up to 15 minutes to take effect. If the issue persists, please submit a Service Request.
