An option has been added to the Inspections grid allowing a user (with "Full Access" permissions) to delete inspection forms from the project.

Warning:  The delete option permanently deletes the inspection form from the project, so be careful when selecting which form(s) to delete.

Delete an Inspection Form

Inspection forms can be deleted from the Inspections grid.

1. Select one or more inspection forms and select the Delete option from the More menu:
   
   
   Note:  If any of the selected forms are not in a deletable state, the Delete option is not enabled. (See Restrictions below)
   
   
2. The following confirmation dialog displays. Click Yes to continue.
   
   
   A message will display when the form(s) are successfully deleted.
   
   

Delete Requirements

The deletion process is simple but there are a couple of requirements that must be met:

• The user must have full access permissions for inspection forms under the Form permissions for the role they are assigned.
  
  
  
• The form(s) must not have any inspection data filled in and saved before trying to delete. 
  
  
  
• Multiple forms can be selected and deleted as long as all selected forms are in a deletable state (no information save to the form). If any of the forms have information saved, other than to the header, the option will not be enabled.
