Please refer to the link provided first to troubleshoot the issue
Known issues - SYNCHRO 4D Pro 2022 (v6.5.1.5) release
Go to step D for the solution and download either X86/ X64 and install it. If you are not sure of operating systems please speak to your IT department to determine which download you should install.
If Synchro still does not install try the following.
- Under regedit -> go to this location -> "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\SOFTWARE\\Bentley\\WixBundleIds" and copy this value
2. Now go to this location -> "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Uninstall"
3. Right-click on "Uninstall" and then find the value that we copied above.
4. Delete that folder and then try re-installing Synchro.
