Scenario:

We are trying to work in our project within Synchro Control but we cannot access from Synchro 4D.

Connection Client works fine, as Synchro Control Online does, but when trying to access from Synchro 4D we get the following pop-up:

Solution:

1. Close 4D Pro (if it is open) and close the browser where you have Control open

2. Type regedit in windows search bar and hit enter

3. In the registry editor, navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Synchro\Synchro\ProjectConfig

4. Look for SynchroHubToken in the right panel and delete it

5. Now open 4d Pro and select File - Open -> Control Project

6. The application will open a browser for authentication, please make sure you click on Allow

7. You should then be able to see your project in 4D Pro
