Project Glossary and Terminology


Common names of people or locations that are often misspelled can be added to your Project Glossary, to aid in human translation. These can be created for each project.

  1. Log into the SYNCHRO Notes Daily Log web portal.

  2. Select the project you wish to enter into from the project drop-down menu.

  3. To the right of the daily report, click on 'PROJECT SETTINGS' (displayed as a gear icon).

  4. Click on 'Glossaries.'

  5. Add terms to the 'TERMINOLOGY' section.

  6. Click 'Add Term' for each term you type in.

  7. These Terms will now be available to our human transcribers so that they do not misspell these terms in the future during the transcription process. Refer to Voice Transcription Service for details.
