Maintenance Notice - iTwin Synchronizer Portal impact due to transition to Enhanced Identity Management

​​On Saturday, August 22, 2020, Bentley will transition to an enhanced identity management system. Please be aware that during this time, Bentley's Identity Management System (IMS) may be unavailable. 

How this will impact the iTwin Synchronizer Portal?

In order for scheduled or manual synchronizations to work, you will need to login to the portal and manually sync at least one of your connections.

You might see some failures due to authentication issues, so manually restarting the job will fix this. As your original authentications will be invalidated after IMS update.
