Hello
When running iTwin, there is no terrain displayed anywhere. I have valid keys for both Cesium and Bing Maps. Everything should be in accordance with the Global Display Sample. Any ideas on what could have gone wrong?
Check the Reality Data tab to see if the terrain is in or was published to context share:
There doesn't appear to be any terrain there. How would I add it? The keys for Bing Maps and Cesium are valid.
Ole,
you do not actually state where they are not appearing ... are you developing your own app ?https://www.itwinjs.org/changehistory/3.0.0/and did you follow these instructions or is this in Design Review ... if in Design Review then you must have a GCS associated with the iTwin
Previous versions of @itwin/core-frontend included API keys for Bing Maps, MapBox Imagery, and Cesium ION that would be used for all iTwin.js applications. These common keys are no longer supported and will soon be disabled. All applications will now need to provide their own keys.

A valid MapBox key is required for display of map imagery in views with BackgroundMapProvider.name set to "MapBoxProvider".
A valid Bing Maps key is required for:
A valid Cesium ION key is required for:
IModelAppOptions.mapLayerOptions can be used to configure keys for Bing Maps, MapBox, and/or any other map layer providers. TileAdmin.Props.cesiumIonKey can be used to configure the Cesium ION key. For example, the following configures the Bing Maps and Cesium ION keys at startup:
Thank you for your reply. The DGN file contains coordinates, and I have valid, custom keys for all the services. Is there an updated sample or tutorial anywhere?
ole tobiesen you have still not indicated where you are seeing the issue. Are you developing your own app or is this in a commercial application from Bentley .. eg Design Review ?
We are developing our own app, using the iTwin Viewer.
Thanks Ole, this may be better tracked in github, where there are a few discussionhttps://github.com/iTwin/itwinjs-core/discussions/3853and this sandbox has some code ... but not the keyshttps://www.itwinjs.org/sandboxes/iTwinPlatform/Global%20Display
