I have a bunch of OpenRoads dgn files selected individually, they usually have some reference dgns too loaded. When I tried to synchronize them from my desktop using the iTwin Synchronizer it is checking the connectors first and showing me the error that I need to enable some missing connectors. I am not able to enable these anywhere. Any help where to enable missing connectors?
I thought this is by default loaded and enabled for regular ORD dgn civil models...
Hi Pál,
are these bridges displayed in the list of available bridges (in "About product" dialog)?

There are multiple distinct errors in this phase. "Please remove unsupported files" means that no known Connector recognizes the file extension, and no installed Connector can read the files. We could better diagnose if you are willing to share the log (click the gear icon in the upper right and select Save Logs to send the ZIP).
I have updated and enabled all the bridges, rerun the sync on the same file and failed again with the same error message.
In the file set I have dgn files and some raster images in ecw/eww format referenced, which are supported in ORD.Can you please share an email ID where I can send the diagnose report?
You can use https://communities.bentley.com/p/secure_file_upload to upload a file just to Bentley colleagues.
I think I have successfully uploaded the file there. Thanks for looking into it.
