it's hard to guess anything, when you do not share even basic information like what version did you install, used Windows version etc.
In the first place you should analyze installer log content for more details about installation process.

My bad. Please find attached the details regarding the version of the installable, I'm finding hard to install.
And what about other information and details? Are e.g. specific access right applied, because your Windows are registered in a domain?
Is there anything in the product folder (should be C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\iTwinSynchronizer\) or in temp folder?
